Farmington Sno-Tigers

The Farmington Sno-Tigers have been active in the local community for more than 40 years. The clubs major responsibilities are to maintain the snowmobile trails in the area, and to educate snowmobilers on safe operation of their snowmobile on any trail. To maintain those trails, members of the club donate numerous hours of volunteer time to build and repair bridges, clear brush and debris from trails, disc trails smooth where we can, and to mark trail routes and hazards. The Sno-Tigers maintain and groom over 50 miles of snowmobile trails in the Farmington area. To promote safety on those trails the Sno-Tigers volunteer time to host snowmobile safety training for youth and adults. This training allows you to obtain your Snowmobile Safety Endorsement to legally ride the trails.

Aside from safety training and trail work, club members enjoy numerous fun activities throughout the year as well. Each year there are several group snowmobile rides held locally and to remote destinations. There is the Summer Picnic and winter Holiday Party. Each September is the annual Swap Meet and Vintage Snowmobile Show. In February we host our annual Special Needs Ride, as well as our annual Hot Dog Roast on the Trail. There are so many fun events going on, for more info click on the Event and Activates tab.

By joining the club, you not only gain access to our local club and events, but you also gain membership into MNUSA (Minnesota United Snowmobilers Association). MNUSA is a statewide group dedicated to promoting snowmobiling. So come join the fun, and become a Sno-Tiger.
